(Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) Accredited Hospital in Christchurch, and two branch practices in Highcliffe and Bransgore, should you be unable to obtain an appointment that is convenient for you in Christchurch, the other two practices are also available to our registered clients.
Emergency and Out-of-Hours Service
For out-of-hours Emergency Care, please call the surgery on 01202 484466 and follow the instructions to speak to our duty Christchurch vet. We see all out-of-hours consults from our inpatients’ entrance at the side of the building. For the safety of our staff, any client wishing to see the duty vet, out-of-hours, must call first. It is against our policy for staff to admit clients to the building at night, without notice of their arrival.

Our Hospital in Purewell, Christchurch, is located between Purewell roundabout and the traffic-light crossroads. From Purewell roundabout, head towards Christchurch centre and our hospital is on the left, with car parking in front of the building. There is additional parking to the side of the building.

Christchurch Veterinary Hospital offers routine veterinary appointments, with the ability to separate anxious cats and dogs. Clients benefit from off-street client car-parking and a spacious waiting area, with disabled access. We run a 24 hour Emergency Service for registered pets, including 24 hour, on-site nursing care for inpatients, manned by our own, Veterinary Surgeons and Registered Veterinary Nurses. Priory houses fantastic theatre facilities for sterile procedures, boasting extensive diagnostic facilities, including an on-site laboratory, X-ray and Ultrasound. We also have a Dental Suite, with DR digital X-ray services.
