Client Care Team Member needed

Priory have been helping the local community’s pets for over 50 years and are currently looking for someone to join our client care team who is passionate about providing exceptional standards of care to pets and their owners.

Our amazing client care team are on the front line of caring for our loyal owners and their lovely pets on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who cares about helping pet owners, being able to approach their concerns with empathy and understanding while also chatting about pets and handing out treats! Ideal previous experience would include customer facing service roles and experience of a veterinary/medical environment would be an added bonus but not mandatory as full training will be provided. The role will include variable shifts, including some Saturdays and will be based at our Christchurch Hospital but may also include shifts at Highcliffe and Bransgore. We anticipate the role to entail ~ 25hrs per week over 4-5 days. Salary from £11.50/hr depending on experience.

Please note this role is within the client care team. The nursing team is separate and we advertise those roles separately. This role is client facing, supporting pet owners within the veterinary environment.
