If you have symptoms of coronavirus or are self isolating please ring us first, do not just come to the practice. We will advise you on how we can help you and your pet.

Following the recent government announcements about the lifting of restrictions, we would like to lay out Priory’s policies to move forwards through the summer. Due to the young age of our team, we will not all be protected by two vaccinations until early September. Additionally, the lifting of the rules about self-isolating do not apply to us until September. Therefore there is still a risk that we would have to close due to low staff numbers if we were exposed to a positive case.

For these reasons we will be maintaining our current protocols until at least Monday 6th September.

  • We ask that you continue to wear a mask inside our buildings.
  • Our waiting rooms are open if you want to come inside, or we are still consulting outside if you prefer.
  • We kindly ask that you wait in your chosen waiting area while we take your pet into the consulting room.
  • We ask that you keep your distance from our staff in order to help us continue safe working.
  • We will continue to make an exception for euthanasia and will allow one client to be present in the consulting room with their pet when it is time to say goodbye.

We hope that you understand our position, and will continue to support us as you have done for the last 16 months while we try our best to continue to be here for you and your pets. Thank you.
