The Complete Priory Puppy Life-Skills Course
Set your puppy up for success, from the beginning!
Puppy Life-Skills
Introducing a puppy into your family is a wonderful and exciting time, but we recognise it can also be a daunting experience, with a frustrating myriad of training tips and contradictory advice. Very occasionally, there are perfect puppies who seem to arrive half trained, sleep through the night and never have an accident…but don’t worry if this doesn’t sound familiar – you are not alone, and Priory is here to help! We are offering one-to-one sessions, to discuss all your puppy life-skills queries in clinics led by one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses, Jess Hall. Her background and experience in veterinary nursing, together with further training in puppy development and behaviour via the Canine School of Science, puts her in the perfect position to offer you the most up-to-date and evidence-based advice.
So, if you want to know about preventative healthcare, wellness and enrichment, training methods, or what to do when your pup gets the ‘zoomies,’ these clinics are for you.
Equally, why wait? If you are a “pup-parent-to-be” why not talk to Jess before you collect your new arrival. She can help prepare you for those early days so you can be confident of creating positive experiences for your pup from day one!

Puppy Clinics and Puppy Course
Jess offers individual puppy clinics for specific concerns, or you can join her full, 4-week complete puppy life-skills course, where she will cover those initial puppy teething troubles, preventative healthcare advice, how to entertain your pup before they are fully vaccinated, and preparation for the big wide world (including those visits to the vet!) in addition to discussing any specific concerns you may have. Please contact us for more details.
“Having two young dogs myself, I know all too well the highs and lows of raising a puppy! I have learnt a lot from both the little mistakes I have made, and all the research I have done in trying to give my dogs the best start. I now want to use this knowledge to help owners enjoy their dogs’ puppyhood.” – Jess Hall
