The cost of your pet’s care will depend on what they need throughout the year.

Many of the essentials — such as vaccinations, parasite protection, and consultations — would be paid for individually, as and when they arise. That might include routine check-ups, advice when something doesn’t feel quite right, or follow-up visits to make sure a problem has resolved.

For some pets, that may be straightforward. For others, particularly if they need ongoing support or monitoring, costs can add up and be less predictable.

Priory Pet Club Complete brings these elements together into one simple monthly payment — making it easier to plan ahead, access support when you need it, and check things early, often keeping care simpler and more manageable rather than waiting until something becomes more serious.

Yes, absolutely! Moving over to a new membership is very easy, just click here and fill out the form and we will upgrade your membership. Alternatively, if you prefer to stay on your current VIP membership then that’s no problem, you don’t need to do anything; your plan will remain active as usual.

Signing up online is easiest, but if you’d prefer to speak to one of our team then we can arrange for one of our dedicated Priory Pet Club team to give you a call to go through everything. Alternatively, you can sign-up using a paper form when you visit us in practice, though please be aware there is a £15 admin fee for this service.

You can sign up as many pets as you like to the plans.

No, you’re free to choose different plans for each pet, whatever suits them best!

The Priory Pet Club complements pet insurance by covering what insurance often misses. We offer memberships that include vaccinations, parasite prevention, routine health checks, discounts on written prescriptions and more. We also include consults, so even if a vet visit won’t exceed your insurance excess, you can still address issues early without the worry of extra costs—helping catch problems before they escalate. If you wish to update your existing membership (including change of bank details), please email [email protected]. To avoid any missed payments, please do not cancel your existing Direct Debit instruction with your bank.

Yes, just speak to one of our dedicated Priory Pet Club Team and they will make the change for you. If you’re switching to a lesser plan you may need to pay the difference between any products and services your pet has received and the amount you have paid for your plan.

We hope you get lots of value from your Priory Pet Club membership but we also understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your Priory Pet Club membership, please contact our team.
Please note that membership is a twelve‑month contract. If you cancel part way through, you may be asked to pay for any benefits you’ve already received

We will dispense any flea and wormers for the period remaining on your club membership but uncollected products cannot be dispensed retrospectively. Home delivery can be a great way of avoiding missed treatments.

We want to make sure your pet is fully grown so we can ensure we are prescribing the right treatment for their age and size.

When you select home delivery we have to check for an active prescription on your pet’s records. This process typically takes 1-2 working days due to veterinary prescribing regulations.  We will then contact you to confirm the prescription and delivery address and take your first month’s payment. Once everything is set, we’ll activate your plan and confirm when your first home delivery is on its way!
